The communities of Corfeyhone, Ballyhaise, and County Cavan are united in grief following the tragic passing of James Coyle, whose untimely death has left his family, friends, and all who knew him heartbroken.
James is mourned with immeasurable sadness by his devoted mother, Majella, his brother Liam, and his sisters Eleanor and Eimear. His passing is made even more poignant as he is reunited with his beloved father, Brian, who predeceased him and remained forever cherished in the hearts of the Coyle family.
Remembered as a much-loved son, brother, grandson, relative, friend, and teammate, James touched the lives of many through his warmth, kindness, and genuine nature. Those fortunate enough to know him will remember his loyalty, his caring spirit, and the friendships he built throughout his life. His loss will be deeply felt by his loving aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family, work colleagues, teammates, and the many friends who shared life’s journey with him, especially Cian, Shane, Ned, and Abby.
As family and friends gather to celebrate James’s life, they will reflect on the countless memories he leaves behind—moments of laughter, friendship, and love that will continue to provide comfort during this difficult time. Although his life was cut tragically short, the impact he made on those around him will never be forgotten.
James will repose at his family home (H12 P7F8), where family and close friends will gather on Tuesday evening from 6:00 p.m. On Wednesday from 12:00 noon, members of the public are welcome to pay their respects and offer their condolences to the family.
His funeral cortège will leave on Thursday morning for St. Brigid’s Church, Laragh, where Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 12:00 noon. Following the service, James will be laid to rest in Drung Cemetery. For those unable to attend, the Funeral Mass will be available to view online via the Laragh parish livestream.
